You say you are no fanboy but you're not fooling anyone. Buying an xbox 360 didn't stop me buying a PS3 and within your post you advise people to do they're own research and see for themselves. I hope they take your advice as you may want to note that as far as 'games' go PS3 has more game development than Microsoft AND Nintendo combined.

I was one who gave in to impatience. I got my xbox 360 on launch day. I've had to take it back for replacement three times up to now due to faults. It just so happens i have a 360 with Gears Of War, Bioshock and am looking forward to mass effect myself. But to say Killzone 2 looks 'dated' is absolutely pathetic.
If you want 'dated' why not look at say... Halo 3.
I can't wait to get KILLZONE 2 even more now! Killzone 2 looks so far ahead of any game i've ever seen in my damned life! This is the ultimate game for me. Can't wait to see how it uses Home!
Im not surprised PS3 is outselling xbox 360. And i bet by the end of 2008 at the latest PS3 will be the console market leader again. PS3 holds a lot of exclusive games now that i want to get. ( HAZE, FF, KILLZONE 2, Uncharted, MGS4 etc ) And things like PlayStation Home are going to be really cool. Add this with the fact that i found Halo 3 REALLY dissappointing ( Everyone knows its a port from xbox 1 ) and it's reasons like this why i choose PS3 over 360 for the win.
I loved every second of this game! From the unbelievable story, characters and graphics, to the epic scale battles! (AWESOME)
I hope they make Heavenly Sword 2 because this game is truly great.

What you're saying is complete fanboyism. I have an xbox 360 and a PS3 and the truth is the xbox 360 can't hang with the PS3 technically by a very long margin. As developers get more experienced with cutting edge hardware like CELL and the PlayStation EDGE engine, PS3 will leave my xbox 360 in a forgotten generation. How? Because xbox 360 uses old tools and old tech that can't learn any new tricks because the machine itself has technological limitations. DVD for a start.

Halo 3 looks, and plays exactly like Halo 2 on xbox 1. Anybody who played the Halo 3 online beta knows this themselves.
I have a 360 and a PS3. I'm not trying to start a flame war, I'm just giving my reasons why i think PS3 will win. Here they are -
1. xbox 360 has terrible Hardware failure rates which is costing microsoft millions - possibly more. The problems with overheating, Disc scratching, Ring of Death etc are causing people to send they're xbox 360 console back for repair 3 - 5 times.( im on my third xbox 360 ) Meanwhile PlayStation3 performance is flawless compared to xbox 360.
